If you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price (excluding S&H) if in good condition including all original materials.  

Before you send out your item for refund, please contact us for the authorization and instruction. The customer is responsible for packaging the product securely in its original box and returning the machine without damages. Once the the machine is received by us, we will credit back your purchase price.
